Our country inn rewarded by the "Guide du Routard Alpes". Open from 1rst of June to the end of September, every day for lunch or dinner.

Enjoy your meal at the mill! Everyday for groups over 15, please call for booking (04 74 88 61 61).

Choose your archoise with green salad
(a slice of country bread, olive-oil coated, covered with - depending on your choice, see under - cooked au gratin) :

- The Dauphinoise : our special tomato sauce, mushrooms, smoked lardons, grated cheese
- The Provençale : our special tomato sauce, mushrooms, black olives, anchovy, grated cheese
- The Vegetaria : our special tomato sauce, courgette (zucchini), aubergine (egg-plant), mushrooms, thyme, grated cheese
- The Spartan : goat cheese, origan, olive-oil
- The Ocean : fresh spinach, salmon and ricota
